This year (2012) I have made it a commitment to be more dedicated to my family than work. Don't get me wrong I LOVE what I do. I am a fourth grade teacher, but I have invested so much time to my profession and have left my family on the back burner. I still leave work at around 4:30-5:00 and I'm suppose to leave at 3:45. Whoever said teachers left at 3 from school are stupid. Lol also start time for us is at 7:45, but my booty is there by 7am every morning, I'm either tutoring or working in the class. Ok enough of that, we come home with our kids and we go outside and sit outside and enjoy the afternoon with them. They run around like monkeys lol. I love them so much. My daughter is usually sitting with us or has her nose in her book. Lol my four year old is playing pirates and my one year old is running around after the four year old. My time was occupied by other things too, but I think that's another blog lol. I feel happy with my commitment to dedicate more time to them. They deserve every piece of me and I of them. Summer is coming and I have a lot of ideas brewing so we can have a blast together. Ok I think I will wrap up now, family will always be there for you no matter what comes your way.
